A deposit of 50% is required to reserve the Carriage House for the length of your stay.

Cancellations, with the exception of October, must be received 14 days prior to check-in date for refund. For cancellations received less than 14 days before check-in, refunds will be made only if a replacement is found.

Cancellations for stays during the month of October, our busiest month, must be received 21 days prior to check-in date for refund. For cancellations received less than 21 days before check-in, refunds will be made only if a replacement is found.

No exceptions please. Cancellation refunds are subject to a $20 service fee.
